Do Something

If you're like me and want to stand up for traditional marriage but don't know how to go around doing it, there are little baby steps you can take.  Like signing this petition from the Christian Coalition of America:

Go check it out and sign the petition and you can promote it to your friends by e-mail, Twitter or Facebook.  If the majority of us stand up together we can make a big difference!

It's been a while...

So I haven't been on here to post for a while, thanks to the holiday season, and sicknesses coming through our home and trying catch up on life.  But I'm bak!  Recently, I came across an article from the Political Realities blog by LD Jackson I wanted to sare.  He made some great points, well, not just points though, but spoke truths.  It's a short, compelling article.  With lots of encoraging and discouraging comments to read after the article.  Here it is:

Thank you, Larry, for standing up for traditional marriage!  I think there are more of us out there who still believe in marraige this way, but unfortunately, many times, people are too afraid to speak up in fear of offending someone.  So the minority, who is many times outspoken on this issue, is gaining more control in this arena.  We need more people to stand up and say enough is enough and preserve marriage the way it was intended to be.
